WhiteRock's services consist of Career Coaching (individuals and workshops), Job/Candidate Matching (process and assessments), and various individual and organizational improvement assessments.
Four individual coaching sessions covering job search strategies, job search sites, resume writing, networking, interviewing, and salary negotiations. This service also includes a resume and LinkedIn profile review. A Career Direct assessment can be added at an additional charge.
Career workshops for adults in job transition and those starting their careers are also available to churches as part of a career services ministry or non-profits helping people in transition.
Job/Candidate Matching identifies specific objective data. This objective data cannot be identified in a resume, interview, or LinkedIn profile. The process consists of subject matter expert interviews and a series of assessments. The resulting job benchmark, when compared to a candidate's assessment, produces a gap report which showcases the candidate's alignment with the particular job.
We offer assessments for both individual and organizational improvement. Career Direct matches potential careers with an individual's personality, interests, talents, and values. TriMetrix DNA identifies an individual's behavior style, motivators, and competencies. Job Benchmark assessments are included as part of the Job/Candidate Matching service. Sales Skills measures an individual's competency in each step of the sales process. Workplace Stress identifies specific areas of stress for individuals and groups.
