Job/Candidate Matching consists of a proven process with assessments to help companies hire the best candidates, thus reducing hiring costs and improving the onboarding process.
The process helps identify the key accountabilities of the position by interviewing several subject matter experts (SMEs) such as managers, peers, subordinates, etc.
Then the SMEs take a Job Assessment to identify the behavior style, motivators, and competencies that best fit the job. In other words, if the job could talk, what would it look for?
The SME assessments are combined to create the job benchmark. A candidate assessment is added to the interview process which produces a Gap Report comparing the candidate to the job benchmark.
Candidate assessments and gap reports are charged separately.
