Ron Feher has always had the intrinsic passion to help people. His personal motto  is “make things better.” As owner and Chief Improvement Officer for WhiteRock Business Solutions, Ron utilizes his passion, experience and expertise to help businesses and individuals. WhiteRock specializes in improving the people aspect of business operations through enhancing the hiring process, developing teams, and career coaching.

 

Coming from a background of over 30 years of experience working for large, mid-size and small companies, Ron has worked in a myriad of industries (telecommunications, computer, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, IT outsourcing, publishing) and has been managing, coaching and mentoring people for over 25 years.

The name, WhiteRock, was chosen by Ron for two reasons. One was to honor his father who was a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne division during WWII. The name, “Feher,” means “white” in Hungarian. He chose “white” to honor his father’s memory, his service to his country, and the work ethic he left behind. The second part of the company name, “Rock,” was chosen because the business is built on a solid spiritual and ethical foundation. Matthew 7:24 – “… like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down and the winds blew and beat against the house; yet it did not fall, because it was founded on the rock.”

His title of Chief Improvement Officer and associated branding statement, “My business is to help make your business better, by making your people better,” captures Ron’s commitment to helping people succeed.

Ron is a Certified Professional Behavior, Motivator and Acumen Analyst and Value Added Associate with TTI Success Insights™, a Certified Career Coach, instructor and facilitator. Ron created two workshops as an outreach to the community. The Career Transition Workshop helps people in job transition with the tools necessary to land their next position. The STRIVE workshop is geared for H.S. and College students. It helps students identify and obtain careers that fit their personality, natural talents, interests and values.
